In the afternoon of May 15, Shanghai municipal government held a exchange meeting on site for housing land comprehensive business system in municipal bureau of housing land and resource administration. Heng zhen mayor, secretary general Jiang Ping, and vice secretaries general Li Yiping, Zhou Po and Yin Hong of Shanghai municipal government attended the meeting, as well as relevant municipal bureaus and committees, district governments also were at presence. Before the meeting, the participants visited headquarter system demo of municipal bureau of housing land and resource administration. In the exchange meeting, the municipal bureau of housing land and resource administration, municipal committee of information, municipal bureau of urban planning management presented on how to use information means to strengthen urban management. Feng Jingming, director of municipal bureau of housing land and resource administration reported the bureau’s situation on strengthening information construction and improving housing land and resource administrative level. 
Mayor Hang Zhen pointed out that the information is key mean of urban management, is also an important base of governmental management. So it should fully improve information management level in city wide. Therefore it should closely grasp following key knots: 1. it should be on practice combining with the units and system’s business features, to strengthen information collection and update, greatly promoting to use, finding the problem in practice, and improving them. 2. share the resource. Every unit’s basic data and public information should be opened and shared on unified platform. 3. process upgrading. It should take renewal and reform, promote optimizing work for administrative approval process. 4. legal security. It should provide legal support under the basis of some successful experiments. Meanwhile, Hang Zhen, mayor stressed that it should have breakthrough in other fields under the basis of housing land sector’s successful practice concerning business management application.
