The working conference for real estate survey achievements management in Shanghai was held successfully 
Recently, the information center of Shanghai municipal bureau of housing land and resource administration held a working conference for real estate survey and achievement management in Shanghai, the city’s 19 achievements management offices and 22 survey institutions attended the meeting. Pang Yuan, vice director of municipal bureau, and principals from relevant departments attended the meeting. In the meeting, it reported the works of 2007 and allocated the works for next step. In 2007, firstly it had grasped key tasks, tided up database, and re-survey of land titles; secondly it had grasped long term effective management, basic database and special database have been increased and improved; thirdly it had grasped daily routine, such as internal management, reception windows’ service, standardizing operation, quality control, etc. The works next step will be under the basis of existing results: 1. creating new mode for survey results management, strengthening unified management; 2. bettering the database support with unique management platform in Shanghai; 3. strengthening industry monitoring, to standardize conduct for managing survey achievements; 4. strengthening the security management for survey achievements’ database. 
In the meeting, it appraised excellent units for managing survey achievements 2007, signed a agreement for database use permission, reported the case of illegal operation done by Xing Huo Survey Company, stressed that it should work by law. after meeting, the information center organized a discussion among the district achievement management offices and survey institutions, joint planed the survey and achievement management in Shanghai in future.
