Municipal bureau of housing land and resource administration held a working meeting for Shanghai building urgent repair sector “to practice on post and make skill competition” 
Recently, municipal bureau of housing, land and resource administration, center of property management administrative affairs, and center of real estate industry education jointly held a working meeting for Shanghai building urgent repair sector “to practice on post and make skill competition”. More than 100 people who are from district bureaus of housing and land administration, real estate corporations, district centers of building urgent repair attended the meeting. Huang Yongping, vce director of municipal bureau attended the meeting and made his important speech. 
Huang Yongping pointed out three requirements: 1. the competition contents and forms should be united. It really improves the level of serving the inhabitants; 2. It treats the relationship between common characters and personality correctly, really solving the highlighted problems in the service; 3. Combining with typical and whole, summarizing good experience to form long term effective working measures.
