Recently, Pang Yuan, vice director of municipal bureau went to Jingan district bureau of housing and land administration to investigate enlarging cheap rent housing beneficiary together with principals from relevant departments of affordable housing, real estate transaction and center of affordable housing, concerning the factors of implementation, current problems and solutions. In the investigation, Pang Yuan expected Jingan district following city’s united allocation, further confirming the target and requirement, implementing plan and measures, really bettering all works on enlarging cheap rent housing beneficiary, taking more low income families with poor housing condition be listed into government housing guaranteed range. Vice director Pang Yuan also requested that it should positively prepare the cheap rent housing stock, carry out the survey for cheap rent housing applicants, study the implementation methods. He stressed that cheap rent housing allocation is an important task for accomplishing affordable housing plan this year, it should further widen the mind, continuously improve working mechanism and method, doing this work better.
