Putuo district carried out consultancy service for property management in May Day 
In the morning of April 26, Putuo district bureau of housing and land administration organized property management companies in the district to carry out consultancy service for property management. The event’s central meeting place was situated in Caoyang Movie City, the relevant offices’ staff made consultancy on site, answering the inhabitants’ questions on property management and real estate transaction, and listening to the inhabitant’s opinions and suggestions. The real estate management offices set up sub-meeting places in the neighborhoods, providing the consultancy and repairing application together with property management enterprises. 
In this event, the central meeting place and 381 community stands had met 1308 inhabitants, received 14 complaints, 304 cases of repairing, 435 cases for consultancy, 255 opinions. In repairing, it solved 229 cases, 59 cases would be tackled in certain date, 16 cases solved by coordination. In complaint, it solved 6 cases right away, 8 cases would be tackled in certain date.
